Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies with maple glaze

Ingredients (entire batch):
• ½ cup quick oats
• 3 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder
• 3 tbsp self-rising flour
• 1/4 cup egg whites
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Mix, scoop, and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Done.

The maple glaze is made by mixing
1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar
