Ingredients (Serves 1–2):
2 Eggs
1 Ripe Banana
1 Small Cup Multigrain Oats (approx. 40g)
4 to 5 Almonds
A Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Honey (for topping)
A little Butter or Ghee (for toasting)
Recipe:
In a blender, add 2 eggs, 1 banana, oats, almonds, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth to make a thick batter.
Heat a pan and lightly grease it with butter or ghee.
Pour the batter and cook the pancake on low flame, flipping it to toast all sides evenly.
Once done, drizzle honey on top and serve warm!
