I’m going to show you how to make one of my favorite lunches ever. It’s a nutrient-dense steak Caesar salad. Taking the steak salad game to a whole another level and it’s very simple to make. For the first step, get a good steak or some grilled chicken, but today we’re doing steak. So, let’s get some blend one on there. Sea salt, rosemary, black pepper, garlic. You’re going to get a little bit of beef tallow into a hot cast iron pan. Throw that steak onto that cast iron pan. Now, you’re going to get some beautiful organic romaine lettuce and give it a rinse. Now that you have your Roma, you want to get it just like this and just chop it up. Let’s give that steak a nice flip. Beautiful. Get a cup like this. Put some of this Primal Kitchen Caesar made with avocado oil. Also in here, I’m going to put some freshsqueezed lemon juice. It really gives it this beautiful pop. About a tablespoon of some organic olive oil as well. And now get a fork and just whip this up. Just really whip it up. And now it gets the texture that I’m really going for. And I’m going to start to pour this onto the Roma. Just like that. That’s a beautiful texture. That’s what I want. Now, often times anchovies will be blended into the dressing in a Caesar salad, but some chefs use real anchovies on top. Anchovies are extremely nutrient-dense, a really good source of protein. So, I like to get some high quality anchovies and kind of go crazy with anchovies on the Caesar salad. Before I top this Caesar salad with this gorgeous steak we have, I want to grate a lot of parmesan on this. So, get some high quality parm and start grating. And now for the last step, we just thinly slice this beautiful steak that we have. Look at that. Gorgeous. That’s exactly what we’re going for right there. One last little squeeze of lemon. And there we have it. Look at this beautiful Caesar salad. Let’s dive in and get a bite. M. Mhm. Absolutely delicious.
