Ingredients:

• Mango – 1 large
• Coconut milk – 1 cup
• Chia seeds – 3 tbsp
• Honey – 1 tbsp
• Nuts to garnish
Recipe:
1. Cut the mango and scoop out the pulp in a mixer grinder.
2. Add coconut milk, honey and blitz to make a thick puree out of it.
3. Transfer into a bowl and add chia seeds and mix well, refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
4. Serve chilled with nuts and freshly chopped mangoes.
