So many of us approach healthy eating wrong.

We think that we need to give up all of our favorite foods. We feel like we need to eat perfectly all of the time. Hit our calories. Hit our macros. Etc.

This is where we go wrong, myself included. That’s just not sustainable long term. I used to be this way.

Recently, I have given myself a little more grace. One thing that has allowed me to enjoy my favorite foods (desserts and pizza) is finding or making healthier, lower calorie versions of them.

I love food. I love cookies, cake, ice cream, pizza, and Chinese food. Who doesn’t?

You can still have these if you put a little time and research into it. Find recipes and healthier versions of the foods you love.

With that said, who would be interested in me sharing something like my favorite low calorie cheat recipes? Or meals I eat on repeat to stay fit?

I’m thinking of making an e-book or something to simplify this for people struggling. Let me know.
