Recipe: Green Sauce for Bread Sandwich
Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh coriander leaves (washed & chopped)
• ½ cup fresh mint leaves
• 2 green chilies (adjust to taste)
• 1-inch ginger piece
• 4-5 garlic cloves (optional)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp thick curd or hung curd (for creamy texture)
• 1-2 tbsp water (as needed)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice.
2. Add roasted cumin powder and salt.
3. Add curd and a little water to blend into a smooth paste.
4. Blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust thickness as needed.
5. Taste and adjust salt or spice as per preference.
6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
