Healthy Aata Suji Biscuits | No Maida | Easy Homemade Cookies Recipe

Craving a delicious snack that’s also healthy? Try these Aata Suji Biscuits made with whole wheat flour (aata) and semolina (suji)! These crispy, buttery cookies are perfect for tea time and great for kids too. No maida, no preservatives—just wholesome goodness in every bite.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Aata (Whole Wheat Flour)
• 1/2 cup Suji (Semolina)
• 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 cup Ghee or Butter
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
• 1–2 tbsp Milk (if needed)
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, cream together ghee and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add aata, suji, cardamom powder, and baking powder (if using). Mix well.
3. Knead into a soft dough. Add milk if needed to bind.
4. Roll out and cut into desired shapes.
5. Fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
