1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

1/2 Table spoon sugar
Salad
shredded: cabbage white and red, carrots, onion
some mints or basil for some green color
Dressing
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoon fish sauce
2 limes
1/2 to 1 cup of water
add onion in the dressing (optional)
