One of my all time favorite appetizers/snacks! There are not chickpeas in here like your classic hummus, but has a very similar texture & I know you’re gonna love it!
Avocado Edamame Hummus 🥑
👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
12 oz edamame
1 ripe large hass avocado
Handful fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 Serrano pepper, seeded
1/8 cup ev olive oil
2 tbsp water (if needed)
S&P to taste (about 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp better)
paprika for topping (optional)
