Ingredients:-

For the crispy paneer:
Paneer-200g
Cornflour-2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper-1/4 tbsp.
Red chilli powder-1/2 tbsp.
Chilli flakes
Bread crumbs-50g
Oil-1/2 tbsp.(For shallow frying)

*You can also airfry or deep fry the paneer according to your preference*

For the salad dressing:
Curd-300g.
*You can also use greek yoghurt or hung curd*
Honey-1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Red chilli(if you like spicy)
Chilli flakes

Into a bowl add veggies of your choice(I’ve used lettuce,onion,capsicum,corn and cucumber),add in your dressing and mix well and top it of with your crispy paneer and it’s ready!!!!
