Healthy Low Calorie Crepes
Ingredients for 2 crepes
• 15g all-purpose or any preferred flour
• 15g oat flour
• 1 egg white
• 100ml fat-free (skim) milk
• Sweetener (optional)
• ½ banana
• 70g strawberries
• 100g healthy Chocolate spread ( Check my previous recipe)
Macros (per 1 crepe):
• Calories: 143
• Protein: 7g
• Carbs: 23g
• Fat: 1g
Note: Macros may vary slightly depending on the brand of milk or flour used.
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix both flours, egg white, milk, and sweetener until smooth.
2. Heat a nonstick pan (or lightly spray with oil spray).
3. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
4. Once cooked, spread healthy chocolate or yogurt on top.
5. Add sliced banana and strawberries.
6. Drizzle with a bit of dark chocolate or honey.
7. Roll it up, and enjoy!
