Baked High Protein Banana Pancake Bites
(Approx. 40g protein total)
Ingredients:
– 50g All-Purpose Flour
– 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
– 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
– 1 Scoop Whey Protein (chocolate or vanilla)
– 1 Egg
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 50ml Milk
– 10g Honey
– 2 Bananas
(Optional: a pinch of cinnamon)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the flour, protein powder, baking soda, and cinnamon (if using).
Add the egg, milk, vanilla, honey, and lemon juice.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Slice the bananas into thick rounds.
Dip each banana slice into the batter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy warm, or store for a quick protein snack later!
