Creamy High Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 mango (Chopped)
-3 scoop oats
-1 scoop protein powder
-1 cup milk
-sweetener of choice – honey/ dates/ sugar free(I used dates)
-Toppings: chopped mango, banana, Seeds,pomegranate, black raisins, chia seeds
Steps:
1. Blend oats, mango, protein powder, sweetener of choice, and milk.
2. Chill and serve with toppings
Note:
Always soak chia seeds before using-they expand and are easier to digest.
