1-Paneer-18gm
2-Moong Raw-25
3-Curd-100gm
4-Cucumber-50gm
5-Cabbage-50gm
6-Carrot-15gm
7-Capsicum-20gm
8-Onion-30gm
9-Salt-as per taste
10-Coriander powder-1 tsp
11-Cumin powder-1 tsp
12-Turmeric powder-1/4th tsp
13-Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
14-Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
15-Coriander leaves- for garnish
16-Oil- few drop to grease the tawa
17-Pizza seasoning- 1 tsp
Method
1-Wash and chop vegetables in long slices.
2-Take 25gm raw moong , soak it overnight and boil it.
3-In a bowl add spices and salt, lemon juice and mix well, now coat the panner with this masala and keep it aside for 30 mins.
4-In a greased pan add chopped onion fry it, now add all chopped vegetables, boiled moong, salt and turmeric powder fry for 5-8 min.
5-In the same pan roast the paneer both sides.
6-Now in a bowl add curd, cucumber, pizza seasoning and coriander leaves, mix well.
7-Top of curd salad add roasted vegtables and roasted paneer, garnish with coriander leaves.
8-Super healthy protein salad is ready to serve.
