🍽️ Recipe
🥩 Ingredients (Meat Layer):

500 g minced meat

Salt & black pepper to taste

Dried parsley, garlic, and basil

1 egg

🍅 Sauce:

1 carrot, 1 onion, 2–3 garlic cloves

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

100–150 ml vegetable oil

Dried herbs: basil, rosemary, thyme

1 bay leaf

Water (as needed)

🥬 Base:

White cabbage (cut into thick rings)

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
In a bowl, mix minced meat with the egg, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Slice cabbage into rings. Sauté onion, carrot, and garlic in a pan. Add tomato paste, chili sauce, balsamic vinegar, herbs, bay leaf, and a splash of water. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Arrange cabbage rings on a baking sheet. Brush with garlic-infused oil.

Spoon the meat mixture on top of each ring. Pour the tomato sauce over the top.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40–50 minutes.

Serve hot with sour cream or yogurt.
