✅Ingredients Used
• 1.5 cup Oats
• 1 cup semolina
• 1 cup grated bottle guard (Lauki)
• ½ cup grated carrot
• 1 tbsp fine chopped green chilli
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup curd
• Water as per consistency
• ½ tbsp white sesame seeds
• ½ tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp fine chopped coriander leaves
• Oil to cook chilla
📌Dry grind the oats and semolina to fine powder in a blender then transfer to a big size bowl and add dahi and water to manage thick consistency cover and rest for 15 min.

📌Heat a non-stick or iron tawa/pan. Drizzle a little oil. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it like a pancake Cook on medium heat till golden brown on one side. Flip and cook the other side. Press gently to ensure it cooks evenly.
