Recipe:

Chia seeds: 30g (3 tbsp).
Almond milk: 200 ml (1 cup)
Strawberries (fresh or frozen): 50 g (5-6 berries)
Honey: 5 g (1 tsp.)

Preparation: Mix the chia seeds, almond milk and honey in a bowl. Leave for 5 minutes, stir, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving, add sliced strawberries.

Macros: 7g protein, 15g fat, 20g carbs.
