If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and insanely satisfying meal, this High-Protein Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl is a must-try! 🍕 Packed with flavor, loaded with protein, and completely customizable, it’s the perfect clean eating recipe for lunch, dinner, or even a post-workout refuel.

In this video, I show you exactly how to make this single-serve pizza bowl using cottage cheese, your favorite toppings, and a few simple ingredients. This recipe is:
✅ Low-carb
✅ High in protein
✅ Gluten-free
✅ Ready in under 10 minutes!

Recipe (Serves 2):
1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/4 package Beyond Beef
1/3 cup low sugar pasta sauce – I use Organic
2 T Parmesan Cheese grated
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Basil
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup diced bell pepper (I used red)
1/4 cup onion divided
1/4 cup shredded Mozarella Cheese

Set out 2 rectangular bowls and spray each one with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Combine cottage cheese, parmesan, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Stir in half of the black olives, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onions. I layered right in the glass bowls.

Pan fry 1/4 package Beyond Burger. No need to season. Split the Beyond Beef and layer over cottage cheese mixture.

Top each bowl with one tablespoon of marinara sauce and sprinkle two tablespoons of shredded mozzarella over the top of each bowl.

Divide the remaining olives, peppers and onions and sprinkle over the top of each bowl.

Bake at 425 F for 12 minutes. If you’d like to, brown the top, you can finish it under the broiler for an extra minute. Alternatively, you and microwave the pizza bowl for 1 1/2-2 minutes.

Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh chopped veggies for dipping.
