Creamy Chana Salad

Step-by-Step Recipe:
Ingredients:

½ cup black chana (boiled) or moong sprouts

1 cup Greek yogurt or hung curd (plain or mango-flavoured)

½ cup pomegranate

¼ cup each: grated cucumber, carrot, beetroot

5 tbsp soaked chia seeds (optional)

1 tsp roasted cumin (jeera) powder

¼ tsp black pepper

Black salt & regular salt – to taste

A handful of chopped coriander & mint

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, carrot, beetroot, and pomegranate.

Add boiled black chana or sprouts.

Stir in the yogurt. Use mango-flavored if you want a fruity twist.

Season with salt, black salt, black pepper, and roasted jeera powder.

Add soaked chia seeds (if using) and herbs.

Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Serve chilled. Enjoy a refreshing, protein-packed salad perfect for weightloss and summer hydration.
