INGREDIENTS:
One 300g Russet Potato
White Vinegar
Salt
3.5g Garlic Salt
.3g Black Pepper
.5g Smoked Paprika
5g Baking Powder
Boiling Water
Cooking Spray

RECIPE:
Wash and peel a roughly 300g russet potato and slice it into French fries. Place a pot of water on the stove and add vinegar and salt to it and bring the water to a boil. Add the sliced potato to the water and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes until softened. Strain the potatoes in a colander under running cold water, then carefully dry them with paper towels. Transfer potatoes to a mixing bowl and spray with cooking spray, then toss them to evenly coat with the spray. Season fried with garlic salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Toss to evenly coat. Add 5g of baking powder and toss again. Spray and toss again. Transfer to air fryer, keeping fries as spaced apart as possible. Air fry at 400° F / 200° C for 20 minutes, tossing at the 12 minute mark, and again at the 6 minute mark – adding a little more cooking spray at the 6 minute mark. When air fryer stops, transfer fries to a dish to serve. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley and enjoy!
