-Chicken thighs (cut to your preferred size)
-Salt & pepper (to taste)
-5–6 garlic cloves (chopped — because we LOVE garlic!)
-1 tbsp vinegar
-1 tsp paprika
-2–3 tbsp honey
-3 tbsp dark soya sauce
-Oil for cooking

Method:
1.Marinate the chicken with salt & pepper. Let it rest for 30 mins.
2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté the garlic.
3.Add marinated chicken and cook until slightly golden.
4.Add vinegar, paprika, honey, and dark soya sauce.
5.Cook till the chicken is well done and the sauce is sticky and delicious!

-80% cooked rice
-1 tbsp butter
-Salt & pepper
-Mixed Italian herbs
-Fresh coriander or celery (for garnish)

Method:
1.Melt butter in a pan, add rice, and toss gently.
2.Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
3.Finish with freshly chopped coriander or celery for that herby freshness.
