INGREDIENTS:
Water————–1.5 litre
Salt—————-1 tsp
Potatoes———–1 cup (cut into small pieces)
Peas————-1/2 cup
Carrot—————1/2 cup (cut into small pieces)
Apple———–1 cup (cut into small pieces)
Cream——————-1/2 cup
Mayonnaise——————–1/2 cup
Mustard paste————-1 tsp
Salt——————-1/2 tsp
Black pepper————-1/2 tsp
Red chili flacks———–1/2 tsp
Caster sugar——————-2-tbsp
PREPARATION:
1. Wash and peel potatoes and carrots, cut them into small pieces.
2. In a pan add 1.5 litre water,1 tsp salt, mix and bring it to boil on medium heat.
3. Add potato, peas, carrot and cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes until all the vegetables are tender.
4. Now drain it in colander, pour some cold water over it and then set aside.
5. Place a bowl and add 1 cup-apple (cut into small pieces), boiled vegetables, 1/2 cup-cream, 1/2 cup-mayonnaise, 1 tsp-mustard paste, 1/2 tsp-salt, 1/2 tsp-black pepper, 1/2-tsp red chili flacks, 2-tbsp caster sugar.
6. Now mix it until well combined.
7. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and serve!
