White onion (finely chopped): 1 big
Zucchini (diced into small cubes): 1 kg
Olive oil or coconut oil: 2 tbsp
Spices:
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Chili powder: ½ tsp (optional)
Salt: to taste
Instructions:
1. Sauté onions in olive or coconut oil until soft and golden.
2. Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned.
3. Season with turmeric, black pepper, chili powder, and salt.
4. Add the diced zucchini, stir to combine, and let it cook covered over medium heat.
5. Cook for about 15–20 minutes until the zucchini softens and absorbs the flavors.
