Protein Jhalmuri
Ingredients☘️
2 cups puffed rice
1/4 th tsp cumin powder
1/4 th tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 th tsp aamchur
1/4 th tsp pink salt
1/2 cup roasted chana
1/2 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup Navratan mixture (Haldiram)
1 onion
1-2 green chilli
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add crunchy puffed rice,spices and salt.
2. Now add roasted chana,cornflakes and navratna mixture.
3. Add chopped onion and green chilli.
4. Top it up with mustard oil and tamarind chutney.
5. Mix it really well and serve jhalmuri immediately.
Please note – Avoid adding onion and chilli
initially if you like your Jhalmuri crunchy and not soggy.
