📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 24 oz / 600g total)
– 1/2 leek
– 1/2 onion
– 1 carrot
– 4 cloves of garlic
– Paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to taste
– Rosemary, parsley and chives to taste
– 20g of colorless gelatin (approx. 4.5 teaspoons / 1.5 tablespoons / 0.7 oz.)
– Broth from cooking the chicken and enough filtered water to blend and obtain the consistency as in the video
– 2 tablespoons of broth from cooking the beet (optional)

Makes 30 servings, each with 40 calories, 0.2g of carbohydrates (0g of fiber), 7g of protein and 1.5g of fat.
