EP – 16 ( Healthy Caeser Salad )

Your favorite classic, reimagined for weight loss — say hello to a healthier Caesar 🥬

Recipe –

Take 1 small bowl chopped Lettuce
Add 1 small bowl chopped Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell & Yellow Bell Pepper each
Add 1 small bowl toasted Bread pieces
Now, take 1 tsp oil
Add 1 cup chopped Onion
Add 1 tsp Oregano
Add 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Add handful of Coriander leaves
Caramelise it well
In a blender, take 2 tbsp Hungcurd
Add 100 gms Paneer
Add 1 tsp Salt & Chilli Flakes each
Mix the caramelised onion in the blended dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix & enjoy !
