In my opinion, everyone should switch straight over, all at once, to a whole plant food diet free of processed oils and junk food. But not everyone is going to be ready for that right from the start, so here is my list of standard American foods to eliminate first. For some, this approach can be challenging because small changes only yield small or even unnoticeable results. So at first it might feel like you are restricting the things you enjoy with little pay off. For that reason, I encourage people to make bigger changes because they’ll yield more dramatic health improvements, making it all worthwhile!
