This Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is proof that less is more! 🍝
Ready in under 15 minutes!
🥄 Ingredients:
• 200g spaghetti
• 6–7 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
• Salt (to taste) & black pepper powder
• Fresh parsley or Coriander , chopped (for garnish)
• Grated parmesan (optional)
• Pasta water (2–3 tbsp)
👩🍳 Method:
1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 2–3 tbsp pasta water.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté sliced garlic until golden (not burnt).
3. Add chili flakes and quickly toss in the cooked spaghetti.
4. Add pasta water and toss until the oil coats the pasta beautifully. Add salt and black pepper as per taste.
5. Finish with parsley or chopped coriander and (optional) parmesan. Serve hot! 💛
