Moong Dal Cheela Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup moong dal (soaked overnight)
(For sprouts, soak

• 2 days earlier and tie in a wet cloth to sprout)

• 3 garlic cloves

• 1 small piece of ginger

• A few coriander leaves

• Salt to taste

• Water as needed

Method:

Grind everything together into a fine paste.
Your batter is ready for cheela.

To Cook:

Pour batter on a hot non-stick pan and spread like a pancake.

Cook on both sides until golden.

Serve with:

Any sauce or chutney of your choice.
