Indian Balanced Meal – No Onion No Garlic & Gluten free , vegetarian ofcourse and high protein

This plate has
Soya Chana Sabzi
Fat free yogurt with mint chutney in it
Steamed salad
Besan Chilla

Soya Chana Sabzi (serve 2)
20 gm Mini Soya chunks
200 gm boiled black chana
2 tomatoes + green chilli & adrak – blend to make pure
1 tsp oil
Spices – 1 tsp each coriander seeds, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder & 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Add them in the end : 1/2 tsp each Amchur powder & Anardana powder

Method :
1. Boiled soya chunks & squeeze out the water.
2. In a pan, add oil, let it get hot, and add all the spices, let it cook for few seconds.
3. Add tomato puree, salt as taste and let it cook for 8-10 min. Add hot water if you feel tadka is too dry.
4. Once masala is ready, add chana and boiled soya chunks. Mix well & cook for 5-8 min. Add more spices in end & give a good mix. Garnish with fresh coriander, few lemon drops will work the best.

BESAN CHILLA
50 gm Besan
Salt, red chilli powder & pinch of turmeric powder
1/3 cup water

Make a thin batter, add water in batches. Let the pan get hot and pour batter on it and let it get cook from one side, flip to other and cook that side too. Apply a tsp ghee
