Digestive Biscuits

(Comment CUPS if you want the recipe in cups measurement!)

Wholewheat flour (aata) – 106 g
Jaggery Powder (gur) – 42 g
Butter (cold) – 55 g
Milk – 30 g
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Elaichi powder – 1/4 tsp (optional)
– mix aata, jaggery, salt & baking powder in a bowl
– to this add the cold butter and mix till it gets wet sand texture
– add milk to it and knead till it forms a dough
– divide into equal pcs form balls and flatten it to make cookies
– bake in a preheated oven at 160*C for 15-20 mins
