Ingredients:
– Flour: 1 tablespoon (22 calories)
– Unsweetened applesauce: 1 tablespoon (3 calories)
– Milk powder: 2 teaspoons (20 calories)
– Cornstarch: 4 teaspoons (35 calories)
– Low-fat milk: 2-3 tablespoons (10 calories)
– Vanilla: negligible calories
– Semi-sweet chocolate chips: 2 teaspoons (30 calories)
– Baking soda: negligible calories
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, milk powder, cornstarch, and baking soda in a bowl.
2. Add unsweetened applesauce, low-fat milk, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
4. Scoop into 8 equal portions and shape into cookies.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
