1. Fluffy Garlic Rice

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup cooked rice (preferably basmati or jasmine)
• 1 tsp butter or oil
• 5-6 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• Optional: chopped parsley or coriander for garnish

Instructions
1. Heat butter or oil in a pan. Add garlic , chilli flakes and sauté till fragrant.
2. Add the cooked rice, season with salt, and mix well.
3. Garnish with parsley or coriander.

2: Zesty Corn Salad

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup corn kernels (boiled or thawed if frozen)
• 1/4 cup diced cucumber
• 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
• 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
• Juice of 1/4 lime or lemon
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

3:pan fried Chicken Breast

Ingredients
• 100–120g chicken breast
• 1/4 tsp chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil

Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with spices and a little oil for 5–10 minutes.
2. Grill or pan-fry the chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6–7 mins total).
