Chickpea Bruschetta (Gluten-Free & Vegan)

This simple recipe is made with just:

170g chickpea flour + 500ml water

Cook on low heat , stirring constantly with a whisk until thick.

Optional: add pinch of salt and herbs like basil & oregano for flavor and health benefits

Pour into a mold and let it set for 20 minutes (I used the fridge ).

Slice it up – I got around 20 slices

Optional: brush with olive oil
Bake at 200°C , flip when golden and crispy
High in protein , crispy , and perfect for guests.
