🧾 Ingredients List:
2 ripe avocados
1 small red onion (or ¼ large)
12 cherry tomatoes (or 1 medium tomato)
A few sprigs of parsley (or fresh coriander)
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
3–4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
