Today I’m sharing another ice cream recipe for the Ninja Creami. This is a delicious cheesecake soft serve that is only 215 calories for the entire container and tastes just like a real cheese cake in ice cream form!

Calories: 215
Carbs: 16g
Fat: 9g
Protein: 16g

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup / 250 Fairlife Fat Free Milk
1 Large Pasteurized Egg Yolk (or 1 tbsp / 15g Heavy Cream)
1/4 tsp / .8g Xanthan Gum
2 tbsp / 30g Monkfruit Sweetener
1/8 tsp / .5g Salt
2 tbsp / 21g Whipped Cream Cheese
9g Zero Sugar Jell-O Pudding Mix

Blend all ingredients together thoroughly and freeze for 24 hours in a Ninja Creami pint container. After thoroughly freezing, let the pint sit out for 15 minutes or so, or run it under hot water for about a minute before your first spin in the Ninja Creami. For the first spin run the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. If a second spin is needed, spin again until smooth and creamy – add a splash of milk before second spin if necessary. Enjoy your cheesecake ice cream!
