Today’s recipe is a healthy low-carb keto recipe, Cauliflower Fried Rice. It’s a healthy fried rice recipe for weight loss. It is one of the veg keto recipes which is very easy to make. This keto cauliflower fried rice recipe is a healthy version of normal fried rice. It requires very few ingredients.
Ingredients for Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe are:-
3 CUP GRATED CAULIFLOWER
1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TBSP GARLIC (Chopped)
1 TSP GINGER (Chopped)
2-3 GREEN CHILIES (Chopped)
1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION (Chopped)
1 SPRING ONION (Chopped)
2 TBSP CARROT (Chopped)
2 TBSP BEANS (Chopped)
2 TBSP CAPSICUM (Chopped)
2 TBSP RED BELL PEPPER (Chopped)
2 TBSP YELLOW PEPPER (Chopped)
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
2 TSP SOY SAUCE
2 TSP GREEN CHILLY SAUCE
2 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP
1 TSP VINEGAR
SPRING ONIONS (For Garnishing)
Method:-
Heat up the kadai and add oil. Keep the flame on medium-high.
Add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies and saute for a minute.
Then add Onions and saute them for a minute, don’t overcook them. Let them be crunchy.
Then add Carrot, Beans, and Capsicum.
Add salt and saute them too for a minute on a medium-high flame.
Now add Red and Yellow Bell Peppers and saute them too for a minute.
Now add grated Cauliflower, Black Pepper, sauces, and vinegar.
Mix them and cook on a high flame for a minute.
Now lower the flame and add 1 tablespoon of water.
Now cover and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Then give them a final mix.
Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice is ready to be served hot.
Garnish it with Spring Onions.
