Rye Bread Recipe | Healthy & Perfect for Diets 🥖
This homemade rye bread is one of the healthiest and most diet-friendly breads you can bake! It’s soft, rich in fiber, and topped with rolled oats for an extra hearty bite.

Ingredients:

240g bread flour

60g rye flour

12g milk powder

5g instant yeast

10g sugar

6g salt

20–25g unsalted butter or oil

195–200g water

Rolled oats for topping

Instructions:

1. Mix bread flour, rye flour, milk powder, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add water until no dry flour remains.

2. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

3. Lightly knead, then mix in the reserved water with salt. Once absorbed, add butter or oil and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour at room temperature until doubled in size.

5. Gently deflate the dough, divide into 120g pieces, and shape into balls. Rest for 30 minutes.

6. Shape the dough again, spray with water, and coat in rolled oats. Let rise for 40 minutes until doubled.

7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15–20 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
