Strawberry Smoothie Chia Pudding
Hand full of raspberry
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp low fat yogurt

Making:
Mash the raspberry, add chia seeds, vanilla essence and honey into it. Take a glass jar and layer it by the mixture and then top it with yogurt. put the several layers.
Chia seeds pudding is ready to serve.
