Ingredients:

2 cups of wheat flour

1 tbsp mixed seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)

1 tsp active dry yeast

half tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

1 cup of warm almond milk

3/4 cup warm water (adjust as needed)

Instructions:

Mix warm milk, salt , sugar and yeast. Let sit for 10 mins till frothy.

In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour in a yeast mixture . Knead for 8–10 mins.

Cover and let it rise for 30 mins (until doubled).

In a bowl ,mix all seeds and combine with dough

Shape into the loaf, place in a greased tin. Let rise again for 1 or 2 hours.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 mins. Cool before slicing.
