1 cup Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons gochujang
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic, from about 4 to 5 cloves
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Make sure chicken is at room temperature. Mix marinade ingredient’s together then add your chicken. Grill after marinading for 30 minutes. Keep basting your chicken as you cook with the leftover marinade
Enjoy with rice and pickled radish!
