1 cup oats (100 grams)
1-2 apples (200-250g)
4 tablespoons water
1 banana
2 eggs
40g nuts
Sesame oil for frying or
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 min

1 zucchini
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 potato
3 tablespoons oatmeal
50ml milk or plant-based milk
Basil
Parsley
60g cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 eggs
4 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
or
sesame oil
Fry until golden brown on both sides

3-4 tablespoons thick yogurt
Cucumber
Dried Dill and mint
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
