Ingredients:
5 carrots, ribboned
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 chicken breast, diced and cooked
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp chili oil
1/3 cup cashews, roughly chopped
Directions:
