• 1 head Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
• 2-3 spring onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• ½ tsp salt (adjust as per taste)
Method:
1. Prepare the Base:
– Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly, pat dry, and finely chop it. Transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
