this mediterranean-inspired sheet pan dinner is a repeat weeknight meal in our house! juicy feta meatballs roasted with veggies & topped with a creamy, herby, garlic yogurt sauce🌿✨

so easy, colorful, & seriously delicious! serve with crispy toasted pita chips for some extra crunch

Ingredients:
– 3 sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed
– 1 red onion, cut into big chunks
– 2 heads broccoli
– toss with 1 tbsp olive oil & season with 1-2 tsp each salt, pepper, garlic powder onion powder, paprika

Meatballs:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp @SPICEOLOGY Greek Freak seasoning
– 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper

bake at 400°F for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through

Sauce:
– 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp fresh dill
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley
– 3 cloves roasted garlic
– juice 1/2 large lemon
– salt & pepper to taste

Serve with:
– toasted pita
– sprinkle feta cheese
