INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 scoop protein powder (I used @legion honey code 2XW) https://legionathletics.com/products/supplements/whey-protein-powder/?r=26ygo&utm_campaign=bc&utm_medium=athlete&utm_source=26ygo
1 cooked beet, chopped
3/4 cup chopped pineapple
1.5 tbsp chopped pistachios
3-4 basil or mint leaves, ribboned
drizzle of hot honey

DIRECTIONS
•If you need to cook your beets, wash them well, cut off ends and drizzle with olive oil before wrapping in tinfoil and roasting at 375 about 30-40 minutes or forktender.
•Spread your yogurt on a platter or in a bowl and top with all other ingredients and enjoy!
