*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl soak pistachios, almonds and cashews for 15 minutes using warm water.
2. In a jar add 100 gm paneer, soaked dry fruits, 2 tbsp honey, kesar and milk.
3. You can also add elaichi powder.
4. Grind it well and make smooth paste.
5. Add in a container and garnish with dry fruits.
6. Freeze overnight and enjoy.
7. Your delicious high protein ice cream is ready.
