Diced up 3 medium sized sweet potatoes, coat in olive oil, bbq rub and salt. Bake on 425 until crispy. Cost 3 lbs of chicken breast in whatever seasonings you prefer. I did garlic and everything seasoning. Air fry on 400 for 17-20 mins flipping halfway. Yeet some part skim ricotta, crushed pecans and hot or regular honey on top. This is amazing.
