Egg tawa pulao ❤️
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
200g basmati rice
3 large eggs
3 tbsp oil
1 medium sized onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium sized ginger slice
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves
1½ tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Wash and soak the basmati rice for 1 hour. Boil it until cooked and drain off the water.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Saute until the onion turns golden.
3. Add the spices and salt. Saute until it’s fragrant and then add the beaten eggs. Saute until the eggs are fully cooked and slightly fried.
4. Add the cooked rice and the coriander leaves. Mix well until combined and serve hot with fried egg and raita. Enjoyy!!
