This is the most simple snack that you can make for everyone in your family.

Recipe:
Roasted gram without skin – 300 gm. Jaggery – 300 gm. Fennel seeds – 1 tablespoon. Dry ginger powder- 1 teaspoon. Black pepper powder- 1/4 Tspn. Salt – pinch of salt.
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Roast the gram till it turn slightly brown . In a non stick pan heat ghee and then add fennel seeds . Roast for few second then add Jaggery and let it melt . Then add pepper , salt and dry ginger powder. Once the jaggery is completely liquid, add the chana and let it get nicely coated with jaggery. Remove it from flame and grease a flat surface with ghee and spread it evenly on that surface . Let it cool completely and then break it into smaller pieces and store for more than a month .
